TRX Residences is developed as a joint venture (JV) between Lendlease Corporation, an Australia-based property developer, and TRX City Sdn. Bhd., owned by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance (MoF).
Lendlease Corporation possesses expertise in development, design, urban planning, construction, and investment, with successful projects worldwide such as the award-winning Barangaroo precinct in Sydney, the Elephant Park urban regeneration project in London, Paya Lebar Quarter in Singapore, and Clippership Wharf in Boston. The company operates projects across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) is a 75-acre, high-density development located near Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, aiming to become Malaysia’s new international business and financial district.
TRX is set to feature a mix of corporate offices, residences, hotels, retail spaces, and a 10-acre central park at the heart of the development. Major companies such as Affin Bank, HSBC, and Prudential Insurance have already established their headquarters there. Additionally, TRX will host Malaysia’s second tallest skyscraper, Exchange 106 (106 floors), projected to be the third tallest building in Southeast Asia.
