Based on our extensive property listings and local experience, we will help you find a home that matches your preferences.
From finding your apartment to settling in.
1. Hearing and Consultation
First, we conduct a simple hearing and clearly explain the characteristics of key areas, rent estimates, and daily convenience. This allows you to smoothly organize your desired conditions.
2. Property Proposals
Based on the conditions you provided, we will carefully select and introduce 3 to 5 candidate properties.
We will also provide actual photos, videos, and an overview of the surrounding area, making it easier to compare and consider options in the early stages.
3. Property Viewing
After you select your preferred properties, we will arrange viewing appointments on your behalf.
TOMO staff will personally guide you and explain details such as the surrounding living environment, transportation access, and management systems in multiple languages including Chinese, Japanese, and English.
4. Move-In Screening
We will submit your information to the property management company for screening.
You will be able to move in only if the screening is successfully passed.
5. Contract Procedures
We will explain all important matters to ensure your peace of mind before proceeding with the contract.
All procedures are fully supported in Japanese.
Upon signing the contract, you will be required to pay one month’s deposit.
The remaining balance must be settled by two weeks before the scheduled move-in date.
6. Handover & Move-In
At the time of handover, we will guide you through the keys and how to use each facility.
After moving in, feel free to contact us anytime for lifestyle support or assistance with any issues.
4. Additional Property Proposals
If no suitable property is found during the initial viewing,
TOMO will re-confirm your preferences and introduce additional listings.
We provide full support from viewing to contract and move-in.
※From the second round onward, a service fee of RM300 will be charged per proposal round.
5. Additional Property Viewings
After you select your list of preferred properties, our Japanese-speaking staff will coordinate all viewing appointments and guide you on-site.
※From the second viewing onward, a service fee of RM500 will be charged per session.
6. Move-In Screening
We will submit your information to the property management company for screening.
