4.    Service Execution & Reporting
We will handle monthly proxy payments and summarize service records in a photo report. You’ll be free from property management stress and can focus on work or family.

5.    Ongoing Follow-up & Emergency Response
If sudden issues such as water leaks or equipment failures occur, please contact TOMO immediately. We will arrange a prompt response and aim for the fastest possible resolution.
