The Ruma (also known as The Ruma Hotel & Residences) is a five star global branded hotel plus luxury serviced residence located in KLCC. It is a joint venture development between Ireka Corp and Aseana Properties. It will be managed by Urban Resort Concepts (also known as URC), which operates the internationally famous hotel The PuLi in Shanghai. It is located at Jalan Kia Peng and in front of the KLCC Park that is on a freehold land. The Ruma comes in four sizes at 915 sf, 980 sf, 1,356 sf and 1,380 sf respectively. All units are furnished with a kitchenette and air conditioners. The Ruma spans over 18 levels with a total of 200 units. There are 6 layout types to choose from 2 + 1 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 + 1 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms.
