TRXレジデンス『TRX Residences』は、マレーシアの新しい金融エリア開発の一部として、2024年末に完成予定のトゥン・ラザック・エクスチェンジ（TRX）に位置する高級コンドミニアムです。
TRXレジデンス is developed by a joint-venture (JV) between Landlease Corporation and TRX City Sdn. Bhd., company owned by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) Malaysia. Landlease Corporation is an Australian-based integrated real estate company that is expert in development, design, placemaking, construction and investments to produce successful projects such as Sydney’s award-winning Barangaroo precinct, London’s Elephant Park urban renewal project, Singapore’s Paya Lebar Quarter, Boston’s Clippership Wharf. Landlease Corporation has project across the world ranging from the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) is an ultra-dense 75-acre development located near the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle, which aims to be the Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. TRX will consist multiple developments ranging from corporate offices, residences, hotels, retails and a 10-acre centralize park at the heart of the development. Several big corporations that already establish their headquarters here such as Affin Bank, HSBC Bank and Prudential Insurance. TRX will be home to the Exchange 106, a 106-storey supertall skyscraper which is the second tallest building in Malaysia and third tallest building in South East Asia. TRXレジデンス is a luxury condominium targets for professionals and expatriates that works in financial and commercial sector in TRX. It will consist of 6 towers that houses 2400 units with 2 towers already open for sale. TRXレジデンス focuses on connectivity and sustainability, with its easy access in and out of the city centre and pedestrian-friendly access to surrounding financial and commercial area, in addition to the waste water treatment technology implemented in the development for future sustainability. The facilities are spread over different floors and cover leisure, health, wellbeing, entertainment and more. TRXレジデンス offers various choice of access in and out of the area. MRT TRX station is just a walking distance from the building and it is the only MRT interchange station in the city centre with further connection to other railway line such as LRT, KLIA Express and KTM Komuter. Major highways connecting to TRXレジデンス are Maju Expressway, Jalan Tun Razak and the future Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway so travelling in and out of the city centre is made easier.
