Outside of mainland China and Hong Kong, the Group has expanded its footprint in 7 gateway cities across 5 countries: London, Moscow, Singapore, Seattle, San Francisco, New York and now Kuala Lumpur.

With residential properties development being the Group’s core business, its sales revenue was recorded at RMB529.88 billion (USD80.19 billion) in 2017. While these numbers continue to grow, the Group has served 12.15 million customers with 1,800 completed township projects to date. The Group’s steadfastness and its constant pursuit for excellence led to its entry into the Fortune Global 500 list six years ago, and in 2021, it is currently ranked at No.160.

Vanke Group’s expansion into Malaysia saw its establishment in June 2017.
