TRXレジデンス『TRX Residences』は、マレーシアの新しい金融エリア開発の一部として、2024年末に完成予定のトゥン・ラザック・エクスチェンジ（TRX）に位置する高級コンドミニアムです。

TRXレジデンス is developed by a joint-venture (JV) between Landlease Corporation and TRX City Sdn. Bhd., company owned by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) Malaysia. Landlease Corporation is an Australian-based integrated real estate company that is expert in development, design, placemaking, construction and investments to produce successful projects such as Sydney’s award-winning Barangaroo precinct, London’s Elephant Park urban renewal project, Singapore’s Paya Lebar Quarter, Boston’s Clippership Wharf. Landlease Corporation has project across the world ranging from the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) is an ultra-dense 75-acre development located near the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle, which aims to be the Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. TRX will consist multiple developments ranging from corporate offices, residences, hotels, retails and a 10-acre centralize park at the heart of the development. Several big corporations that already establish their headquarters here such as Affin Bank, HSBC Bank and Prudential Insurance.
