Ltd. in Japan, officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with A Borneo Escape (SMM2H) Sdn. Bhd. at the Malaysia Pavilion during the Osaka World Expo 2025 to promote the Sarawak–Malaysia My Second Home (SMM2H) program.
