Prime Minister Anwar personally attended the reopening ceremony, where the newly introduced Alstom Innovia APM 300R vehicles were unveiled. Many passengers praised the system as \u201cmore efficient and comfortable.\u201d With this restart, KLIA further strengthens its position as a major international hub in Southeast Asia.<\/p><p data-start=\"232\" data-end=\"443\">This major upgrade comes after the Aerotrain system had been suspended for about 2 years and 4 months since March 2023, due to aging infrastructure and safety concerns. During the suspension, shuttle buses provided alternative transport.
