According to a survey by the Long Stay Foundation, Malaysia has been ranked No. 1 in the ranking of desired long stay countries for 14 consecutive years (2006-2019), and is highly rated by a wide range of Japanese people. On the other hand, Malaysia has traditionally been a pro-Japanese country, adopting the Look East policy, and it is expected that the friendly relationship between the two countries will continue to grow even closer in terms of economic and people-to-people exchanges.<\/p>

Therefore, we have decided to enter into a strategic partnership agreement with the Nissou Group to introduce the popular Malaysian resort real estate properties we handle in Japan. On the other hand, we will introduce popular Japanese resort real estate properties in Malaysia that are sold and brokered by the Nissou Group.<\/span><\/p>

Since the Nissou Group has several people who are fluent in English, our Japanese partner will handle all customer inquiries, information provision, on-site inspections, and support.<\/p>

With the conclusion of this strategic partnership agreement, both companies will be able to complement each other in areas that have been lacking in the past, making it possible to provide the best cross-border services to customers in Japan and Malaysia.<\/p>
